PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES

Agile Scrum/ XP model:

Most preferred model as it is more transparent, with shorter deliverables and milestones, where identifying bottlenecks becomes easier. This provides accurate project status at the quickest.

Waterfall model:

In this the stages are clearly defined, step by step and do not overlap at any point, keeping the goals clear and effective.

V model:

The steps instead of being carried out in a linear manner as in waterfall they are bent downwards in a V shape, where the testing begins in the first stage itself.

PROJECT & DEVELOPMENT TRACKING PROCESS

This is used for tracking the progress of the project in a comprehensible manner.

Project Tracking:

The project and development manager review the happenings and detect any defects. The issues are then dealt with using a defect sheet for each phase of the process.

Review:

Reviewing the scheduled plan Vs the Actual plan takes place. Also, effort plan Vs Actual plan is assessed.

Risks:

The risks are analyzed during the risk analysis stage. Analysis of process are event driven and periodic. The new migration strategies are established.
